For Sales Representative

  • Tasks: Responsible for unit sales and business development in your area.
  • Income: Rs 500 per unit
  • Residual Income: Rs 100 per unit per month for 5 years.
  • Target: Sell 100 units.

For Trainer

  • Tasks: Responsible for building and managing a team, developing leadership skills.

  • Income: Existing income remains intact.

    • Direct Sales Commission: Rs 600 per unit.
    • Rs 100 from the sale of each unit received from your downline.
    • Rs 50 per unit per year from each unit sold by your downline.
  • Target: Create five trainers like yourself.
  • Reward - 10 goats on profit share basis ( optional to your choice )

For Assistant Manager

  • Tasks: Assist your trainer.
  • Maintain business growth.
  • Take meetings.
  • Develop Managerial & Leadership skills.

  • Income - All previous incomes remain the same.

    • Rs 25 from each unit sale received from your downline.
    • Rs 25 per unit per year.
  • Target: Create five assistant managers.
  • Reward - 50 goats on profit share basis ( optional to your choice )

For Manager

  • Tasks: Oversee all aspects of business growth.

  • Income: Previous income remains the same.

    • Rs 15 from the sale of each unit received from your downline.
    • Rs 20 per unit per year.
  • Target: Create five managers.
  • Reward - 100 goats on profit share basis ( optional to your choice )

For Senior Manager

  • Tasks: Maintain business growth.

  • Income: Existing income remains intact.
